ISRAEL RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your full-priced purchase, Desert Queen will accept items in their original condition for a full refund only within 48 hours from the receipt of your item, or an exchange within 14 days from the receipt of your item. Returned items must include the original hangtags and be completely unworn.
In case you would like to exchange or return your Desert Queen purchase, you can email us at desertqueentelaviv@gmail.com with your name, order number and proof of purchase and we will send a courier for free to pick up the package from anywhere within Israel. Original courier fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
Refunds will typically take 3-5 days to appear in your credit card.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at desertqueentelaviv@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your items. Your return must be postmarked back to Desert Queen within 10 business days of approval, or the item will not be accepted.
Returns shall only be accepted if the product is received unworn and undamaged, with the original hangtags. The cost of returning the product shall be on account of the purchaser and must be sent with a trackable shipping service. After receiving the item, Desert Queen shall then refund the amount paid for the product within 30 days. Refunds will typically take 3-5 days to appear in your credit card.
Please do not send your order back to us before contacting us at desertqueentelaviv@gmail.com and receiving an approval notification.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and please note that we are unable to provide shipping labels or reimbursement for international returns.
